Registration. Hotel Reservation and Visa

The local organizing committee of ICEPE2013 would like to request the conference participants to register before the conference.

All bookings are the responsibility of individual participants.
ICEPE2013 will not bear the cost of cancellations and non-appearances.

Depending on your nationality, a visa may be required to enter Japan. Nationals of countries and areas with visa exemption arrangements with Japan are found at:

Attendees requiring an entry visa should inquire at their local Japanese embassy or consulate regarding the required visa and documents. We advise you to apply for your visa as soon as possible, as visa application may take a while.

 

Local organizing committee can provide official letters of invitation to persons who have completed the full or workshop registration and for which payment has been received. To request an invitation letter, please contact by 15^th August, 2013 with the following information:

 

▪ Name, affiliation, and postal address.
▪ Paper ID and paper title, if applicable.
▪ “Request for ICEPE2013 Invitation Letter” as the subject of your email.

 

We will send an invitation letter in PDF format by email. If requested, we will send a hardcopy version of the invitation letter by airmail. We can also issue the employment certificate of the signer of invitation letter, if requested.

 

For attendees who need other additional documents for visa application, JTB Corp. will issue them with necessary charge. Please fill in the visa template[Word: 56.0KB] and send it to Ms. Tomoko Abe of JTB Corp.
